In our Pareis distillery we make all our products by hand using only natural ingredients. In this set you will find a sample of Gin Mercant, Gin Mascori and Bahia rum.
Our gins are made with neutral alcohol of high quality agricultural origin and share some ingredients such as juniper and coriander grains.
Gin Mercant is an Indian-type gin, with a mixture of warm aromas from botanicals such as liquorice, cinnamon or nutmeg and an acid touch of fresh oranges from Mallorca.
In 2020, Gin Mercant was awarded 2 gold medals at the Catavinum World Spirits and Concours de Lyon international competitions.
Gin Mascori is our most fruity and refreshing option. This gin is made with lemons from Mallorca and citrus spices. It is especially smooth and delicate, which is why we recommend taking it with neutral tonic and ice, without adding any other element. Due to its softness, it can also be drunk alone.
In 2020, Gin Mascori was awarded 2 gold medals at the Catavinum World Spirits and Concours de Lyon international competitions. In addition to two silver medals, at the London Spirits Competition and the World Gin Awards.
Ron Bahía Añejo is a dry rum made only with natural ingredients. To find the final recipe, we worked with different combinations of ingredients for nine months. We were simply looking for a different flavor, a tasty rum with an unusual personality. We think we got it.
It is a clean rum, of great purity, with woody and toasted aromas with a subtle touch of spice. Does not contain sugar, caramel or prefabricated essences.
It is made from alcohol from sugar cane that is distilled again to achieve greater delicacy and aromatic power. The white rum resulting from this second distillation goes through an aging phase in contact with French oak wood.
All our distillates have a graduation of 42% vol.

We are a company with an artisan certificate number 904 granted by the Consell de Mallorca. All the work is done in small quantities, manually and only with natural ingredients.
