42% vol. Our Mascori gin is fruity, citric, and extremely fresh and it has a captivating aroma and a bitter aftertaste.
We make it using lemons we personally pick from our trees, so we can assure you that you will notice the taste of real lemon, in addition to other fresh fruits, citric botanicals and more classic and typical gin spices, such as juniper.
They say this is a very dangerous gin, because it quickly disappears from your glass. It will certainly surprise you.
In order to mix a gin and tonic using Mascori we recommend using a normal neutral tonic water (with no strange flavours). The perfect proportion for this cocktail is 5 cl of gin mixed with 20 cl of tonic water and a maximum of 3 ice cubes, nothing else. It would taste better with no lemon peel.
