Mercant Gin 70 cl
A spiced craft gin with cinnamon and Mallorcan orange notes.
42% vol. Mercant is a spiced and super aromatic craft gin. It is made using juniper, cinnamon, liquorice and Mallorcan oranges, among other ingredients.
The result of this mixture of aromas is a very original product, unlike the traditional gins, in which you will easily identify each of its botanicals, since all the flavours are perfectly mixed together. The gin and tonic cocktail using Mercant gin is very mild and has a sweet hint, with no shocking flavours and with an unmistakable personality.
In order to mix a gin and tonic using Mercant we recommend using a normal neutral tonic water, with no strange flavours. The proportion we recommend is the following: 5 cl of gin, which is equivalent to a full shot glass, with 20 cl of cold tonic water and a maximum of 3 ice cubes. You can also add orange peel to the mix.
