With a 20 cl bottle you can mix 4 regular gin and tonics.
Our Mercant gin is unlike any other classic gin, particularly due to the mild juniper taste, which is relegated to a second place in order to highlight the spiced and sweet flavours of liquorice, cinnamon, nutmeg and orange peel. So, if you are looking for something different with a predominant aroma, this is a very good option.
Mercant gin has an alcohol content of 42% ABV and it is produced following the London method, only using natural ingredients and without adding any other artificial flavouring to the gin distilled in the still.
In order to mix a gin and tonic using Mercant we recommend using a normal neutral tonic water, with no strange flavours. The proportion we recommend is the following: 5 cl of gin, which is equivalent to a full shot glass, with 20 cl of cold tonic water and a maximum of 3 ice cubes. You can also add orange peel to the mix.
