Regarding its flavour, Mercant is a gin which stands out from the traditional gins, offering a range of flavours which go from an initial taste of cinnamon and liquorice, continuing with a subtle taste of juniper, and finishing with a bitter hint of orange peel.
You will taste a truly natural flavour, since we only use natural ingredients, selected spices of the highest quality and the peel of oranges we pick and peel by hand, one by one.
In order to mix a gin and tonic using Mercant we recommend using a normal neutral tonic water (with no strange flavours). The perfect proportion for this cocktail is 5 cl of gin (a shot glass) mixed with 20 cl of cold tonic water and a maximum of 3 ice cubes. You can also add a bit of orange peel.
